We have a client seeking urgent Admin Support, the individual would need to have a good Administration background and be immediately available for a 1 month contract assisting a Senior Manager within a large Construction Contractor, at their office based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Role is essentially scanning certification files and uploading to a central spreadsheet database
Scanning and uploading documents
Keen eye for detail needed
Very formulaic work
Need to be IT literate, know basic excel
Based in Hemel Hemstead
General Admin support
Must be reliable and have good timekeeping
Pay: Hourly rate - £13 - £15phr Umbrella
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 normal business hours.
Parking on site.
Overview:- 4 week contract to support the admin demand in the L&D team, so filing, database admin, scanning, and just general admin duties.
