Our client, a materials and aggregates provider is seeking an organised Administrator in Dolyhir (Powys), to provide administration support on a part time basis.

The role is set to last for 3+ months’, although it is likely this could be extended.

Applicable candidates will have experience working with Causeway and SAP systems, as the role will entail managing and updating Causeway and SAP databases, linking with our clients interface to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows for the team.

The position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, supporting a wider team.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and update Causeway and SAP systems.
  • Monitoring and clearing invoice webcycles.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders for plant, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Sending out payment certificates, processing payments, and managing subcontractor payments.
  • Logging signed orders, logging them on Causeway CPA, filing on SharePoint.
  • Providing telephone support within the office.
  • Additionally, the Administrator will assist with the link room operation on site.

Candidates will ideally:

  • Have worked in a similar Admin role previously, using Causeway and SAP systems.
  • Be happy to work on a part time basis (2 days per week, ideally Wednesdays and Fridays).
  • Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Good I.T and communication skills, able to work as part of a team.
  • Effective telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to manage filing systems (CPA, SharePoint).
