One of our rail clients is looking for Works Delivery Manager to join their team in Sheffield working on the project through the Eastern Region.
Our client is a leading contractor operating within the rail industry.
As a Works Delivery Manager, you'll have experience in delivering high-value works and structure and be responsible for managing multiple contracts and keeping up with the fast-paced railway environment and helping grow a portfolio of building projects.
Responsibilities
• Strong track record of management of multiple contracts from small to medium-value works
• Experience in Civil Engineering construction projects
• Working on a 5-year framework contract on LNE for clients Network Rail, projects will include a wide variety of maintenance design and build schemes including buildings, platforms and general buildings reactive maintenance
• Reporting to the Framework Manager and more
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in high value works (£30k+) and structures
• Experience working on Civil Engineering Construction Projects
• Proven management of a Framework
• Understanding of design drawings
• Working within a railway environment
• Commercial awareness of cost monitoring and cost value reconciliation
• Strong Knowledge of H&S
• Railway Safety Training (PTS) – Essential
• SMSTS
• IOSH
• ILM L5 / L7 – Desirable
What we offer:
• £42000-£48000 (depending on experience) plus package and many more
