Are you a seasoned professional in the transport sector with a flair for impeccable customer service? We are currently searching for a dynamic Transport Planner/Scheduler to join our bustling team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is eager to demonstrate their expertise in transport planning and scheduling from day one.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in Transport: We need a candidate who can hit the ground running, equipped with substantial experience in the transport sector, excluding those primarily in parcels delivery.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients and partners.
• Strong Communication: Your role will involve daily interactions with lorry drivers, requiring top-notch communication skills.
• Team Integration: Our office is a hive of activity, characterized by constant changes and a high volume of interaction. We're looking for someone who not only can work under pressure but also enjoys the camaraderie of working within a team.
• Car Access: Due to our remote location, having your own transportation is a must.

Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a two-stage interview process, starting with a 15-minute initial discussion via Teams, followed by an in-depth face-to-face interview for those advancing to the next round.
