I am currently seeking a Freelance TP137 Site Manager for work on a Sub Station in Essex.

Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Acting as Principal Contractor Civil Site Manager (TP137).
• Management of site teams, subcontractors, and all Construction Site works
• Ensuring Safety documentation (QA plans – ITP’s and Risk Assessments / Method Statements) are developed and enacted on site
• Arrange and Chair all Site Safety (SHES) Meetings including (CDM)
• Set up and chair TP163 Weekly meetings with Client and the project team
• Attend weekly Project team meetings as required, Program, purchasing, design, procurement, QA
• Drive the P6 program from the ground

The ideal candidate would have as follows:

• Current authorisation to National Grid TP137.11
• Experience in the construction of substations (or existing substation refurbishment/extension experience) up to 400kV
• Experience working as a TP137 site manager
• SMSTS, NEBOSH, CSCS, IOSH
• IOSH Qualified
