Tender planner or senior planner required for a leading national and international Construction company based out of Watford. They’re experts in building iconic buildings and are on many frameworks. Due to further project wins they now require the highest calibre Tender Planner to work on Tender projects.

The Role
To produce fully linked project programmes for Tenders and Site
Identify critical path, float, risk and opportunity
Instigate what if scenarios
Establish effective planning processes Developing, maintain and manage all programmes and other time related and production control deliverables
Report on and monitor progress and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting

About you
Have a demonstrable background in Tender Planning on construction projects
Have experience of managing projects from a planning perspective
Have experience of the NEC and JCT forms of contract in planning
Experience of working on projects £80m+ in value
Be competent in using planning software particularly ASTA P6,ASTA,Ms project
Have a site management/PM or similar background
