Technical Manager opportunity - West London - Salary upto £80K + Package inc. Car Allowance 

I am delighted to be working with a superb house builder/ Contractor in their search for a Technical Manager to join their team in the West London division.

The role requires a Technical Manager to oversee and run 2 traditionally built projects, both circa 50 units and both have 2 blocks each at 4 storeys.

Sites are based in Middlesex/ M40 corridor and the option is available to be office or site based.

The design is complete so the Client requires a Technical Manager to come in and take through Stage 5 sub contractor design to completion.
