Technical Coordinator required to join the Technical team and work closely with the Technical manager. Our client is one of the UK’s leading privately owned housebuilders based in Manchester.

Job details:

• Experience of working as a Technical Coordinator within the housebuilding industry
• Great understanding of Technical Drawings
• Good technical knowledge of residential construction
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction material and their application
• Flexible with the ability to solve problems and find solutions
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Support the Technical Manager / Design Manager in successful delivery of the phase
• Attend site progress meeting and carry out site inspection
• General liaison and coordination between other parties, both internal and external

Qualifications:
• Construction industry-related qualifications

• Competitive salary £35,000- £40,000 plus package

Previous experience working as a Technical/Design Coordinator is vital, preferably for a main housebuilder. Attention to detail is a crucial quality for the ideal candidate to have as is an excellent organisation. Strong communication skills are also essential.
