Technical Administrator required for regional construction company based in South Manchester.
This role is an office based role working in the Head Quarters of a main contractor in the construction industry.
Your main task will be to administor incoming drawings for the construction sites, adding them to the company system and issuing them to the relevant sites as required. There are usually 12 live sites at any time, so this will require a very organised person, with good IT skills.
Other responsibilites include:
Fielding telephone calls relating to drawings/documents
Responding to emails relating to drawings and updating the relvent teams on changes
Issuing plant hire requirements to external companys
Assisting the companys buying department with any additional administrative tasks.
This job has an immediate start for the succesful candidate. You will undertake a handover with the outgoing employee so full training will be given. There is the potential for this temporary role to be made permanent for the succesful candidate.
