Anderselite are recruiting for a freelance Sub Agent or Agent with a M&E or Civils background managing Tier 1 projects.


Start: March 2024
Duration: Potential of 2+ years
Rate- inside IR35 Umbrella negotiable
Location : West London

5- 10 years’ experience in either civils or M&E works.
Civils candidate: roads, street lighting, fencing, crossings, car parks
M&E candidate: water treatment plant, sweeper treatment plant, tunnel equipment (lighting, pumps), HVAC and UPS, emergency lighting and toilets in non-terminal buildings, chilled water systems, stand equipment renewals, foul pump systems

Agent and Subagent supporting the PM in delivery projects
Please note this is a management role, not a surveying role.
Manage the daily activities of a £1-£10M project: site programme, daily briefings, RAMS, ITPs, fill quality forms, deal with subcontractors, technical queries,


• Role involves having an appreciation of the commercial side (NEC4, EWN, CE,)
• Role will suit someone that enjoys fast paced environments and likes to be involved in different types of Projects.

SMSTS or SSSTS
BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
Previous experience as a Package Manager, Sub Agent, Senior Engineer or similar
