Sub-Agent - 12 month contract (potential for longer term) - Redcar - £300-£400 per day (inside IR35) - major civil engineering project

New and exciting opportunity for a Sub Agent to join a well-established main contractor.

As a Sub Agent you will manage and execute the safe and efficient delivery of the Project by managing a team of engineers, foremen, quantity surveyors and/or subcontractors, having responsibility for safety, quality, financial performance, programme adherence and client satisfaction.

Some key areas will include:
Implement actions to improve customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
Plan HSQE into work activities and ensure adequate resources are available to carry out the operations
Ensure a project quality plan is developed and implemented

You will have the following:
Construction/Civil Engineering qualification (HND/HNC/degree)
Experience within Civil engineering (excavation, RC work, structures)
CSCS (white/black/gold)
Ideally SSSTS or SMSTS (not essential but preferred)
