Job Title: Stakeholder Administrator
Location: Gloucester
Sector: Construction, Admin
Type: Contract/Temporary
Rate: PAYE: £12.00 / Umbrella £15.37

The role will include:

  • Prepares, compiles, and sorting documents for data entry.
  • Verifies and logs receipt of data.
  • Transcribes source data and inputs onto MP Connect.
  • Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
  • Constantly updating the system after meetings, calls, visits and working with the team to achieve this daily.
  • Sending information to all stakeholders via MP Connect e.g. newsletters, meeting invites.
  • Working in a timely manner and checking the system throughout the day.
  • Surveying how we can make the system more efficient through new ways of working.
  • Attending meetings to capture content for MP Connect.
  • Answering queries from the client regarding the system.
  • Keeping the rest of the team updated with training on the system.
  • Attending meetings to talk through how the system is performing and taking away any actions.
  • As part of a busy team, they would be expected to take on duties not covered in their role.
  • Occasionally be asked to attend meetings outside of working hours e.g. public information events.
  • They will be based at Southgate House but with occasional travel to other site offices.
