I am currently seeking a Freelance Social Values Manager for work with a national construction contractor on a part time basis (2-3 days per a week).  You will be involved and responsible for overseeing all aspects of Social Value and community engagement for your designated projects,
This will include community consultation and engagement, liaising with local stakeholders, organising and managing educational engagement opportunities, supply chain upskilling, local procurement activities and managing social value campaigns

The role responsibilities include :

•  Developing Social Value and community engagement programmes, and managing their successful delivery, on assigned projects.
• Represents the projects at local events, external groups or industry seminars.
• Community engagement
• Organizing events
• Liaising with external stakeholders on Social Value and community engagement issues. Provide support and education to supply chain members to ensure targets and requirements are realised.
• Reporting performance and sharing best practice.

You will be passionate about local community and have a drive to make a positive impact locally.

The Ideal Candidate would have as follows:

• Community engagement experience
• Experience working within similar SV role, resident liaison officer or community liaison officer.
• CSCS Card
• Up to date references
