Site Supervisor - highways/structures project - Doncaster - permanent role with a growing principal contractor with a strong order book - £50k-£55k+car, pension, healthcare.

Working for a highly regarding national Highways contractor covering a range of works for this project on the A1 near Doncaster, with a strong order book for further civil engineering projects across Yorkshire on completion of this scheme (mid-end-2024).

As the successful Supervisor you will have experience carrying out Supervision across groundworks, RC and structures schemes.

To supervise highway schemes throughout the Sheffield region. Ensuring delivery meet health & safety, programme, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities:
• To be responsible for supervision of highway schemes delivery.
• To ensure client expectations of individual works are achieved.
• To ensure all tasks are programmed, planned, supervised and executed in accordance with specifications, drawings, dimensions and within agreed commercial limits.
• To be responsible for the direct supervision of both self-delivery and supply chain delivered works.
• To ensure all scheme tasks are carried out in accordance with processes and policies.
• To ensure sufficient resource is available for each stage of the scheme.
• Responsible for the onsite Health, Safety and Wellbeing of operational staff and ensure the works adhere with environmental processes.
• Minimum relevant qualification – SMSTS and CSCS
