Anderselite are looking for 2 Water / Water Recycling Site Managers to work for a principal tier 1 contractor working on the civil and build infrastructure for Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare and Office Projects.

Location: sites across Norfolk and sites across Suffolk (Lowestoft)
Each project 1-2 weeks

Office: Whiltingham Norwich 
Van provided or mileage expensed
Start / End Dates 29/01/24 – 26/04/24
Option of temp to perm

Rate: £400- £450 per day umbrella (inside IR35)


Scope of works
Extension and Resilience Scheme was a £30m investment ultimately delivered for £13m, which will ensure that Anglian Water’s sewerage network continues to remain resilient for the growing catchment of Norwich. The scope of works includes:

Construction a new 45m diameter final settlement tank with associated returned activated sludge pumps (RAS).
Replacement inlet screens and compactor systems.
Modifications to the activated sludge plant (ASP).

As a Site Manager you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in the delivery of a large construction project.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
• Demonstrate good financial knowledge.
• Ensure site records are maintained.
• Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Own Car or Pool Car -Mileage against own car however, will provide a van if candidate does not own a car.

Qualifications Requirement
• Have previous experience in the Construction industry.
• Hold the relevant certifications i.e., CSCS Card – Gold
• Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare and Office Projects
