**Overview:**
Anderselite is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor. The successful candidate will oversee water projects in the East Midlands. This is an ongoing role,offering a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual to contribute to high-profile projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time,within scope,and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health,safety,and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers,engineers,and other stakeholders.
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors,providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality

Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role,preferably within civil engineering and water projects.
- Ability to provide work references for the past two years.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
