Site Manager/Project Manager needed to assist a cladding and glazing contractor on a residential site in Clapham.
Works will include removal of aluminium cladding and replacement with relevant fire safe syste. Works also to include balcony replacement/reinstatement and the installation of new glazing.
The role will suit those with experience working in a live/occupied environment, as well as experience in the externals packages mentioned above.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required.
