Site manager required for new industrial building in Salford.
The project has six months to complete, and is now requiring a second site manager to work with the directly employed Senior Site Manager to finish the project.

The project is a £10m industrial unit, and is currently at cladding stage. As site manager, you will be required to oversee the completion on the project. This will include the main warehouse area, Office and reception areas.

Your role will be overseeing key sub-contractors, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently, reporting back on progress on site. You will have a keen eye for detail as all snags and incomplete works will be your responsibility. You will be responsible for hitting target dates for completed areas, and ensuring suppliers and sub-contractors are completing works to a high standard.

Minimum requirements are CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
