ATTENTION UP AND COMING SITE MANAGERS

Are you an up and coming assistant site manager , supervisor , foreman or joiner who is looking to start a new role as number two site manager for a contractor who specialise in high end fit out projects across London ?

Anderselite are recruiting for a number two site manager who has aspirations to become a number one , stand alone site manager to oversee projects in either the leisure or commercial fit out sector.
At present we are recruiting on behalf of a contractor who are looking to bring someone on to assist the site team on their larger projects in London, which would include fit out of either hotels , restaurants, gyms or offices , with values up to circa £10m
The role is permanent and the right candidate can start in April, should they be available.
Duties :
* Site inductions
* Toolbox talks
* Ensuring build quality and finish
* Health and safety compliance
* Assist senior site manager with supervision of trades and sub-contractors

Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years industry experience
* Joinery background
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS card

Site hours are 7am - 6pm , Monday to Friday .

The salary is between £35 - 40k and includes travel expenses .
