Site Manager - Permanent - New Build Retail - - South West England

Are you a SMSTS qualified site manager with recent experience of managing new build Lidl projects on behalf of a main contractor?

We are currently recruiting for a site manager on behalf of a contractor with a proven track record of building Lidl stores across the UK . The role is permanent.

The projects are mostly in the South West and South Coast , stretching from Cornwall , Somerset and across to Hampshire .

The site manager will report to both the contractor's visiting contracts manager and have to report to Lidl's own project manager.

Duties :

• Health & Safety Compliance
• Site labour and sub-contractor coordination
• Ordering materials
• Diary management

The site manager must hold valid SMSTS , CSCS and First Aid .

In return the contractor is paying up to 50k plus a vehicle , with the standard holidays and pension .
