Site Manager - New build housing

I have a number of opportuinities for Site Manager's to join clients across Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire working on new build housing schemes.

Acting either as 1 on site you'll be responsible for overseeing the build program, ensuring quality and customer care is adhered to, working with NHBC, managing subcontractors and ensuring health & safety is compliant across the site and operation.   You'll have great interpersonal skills and be able to deal with subcontractors, NHBC, local authorities and utility companies.

You'll have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card and ideally have previously worked for a volume housing developer.
