Site Manager required for 12 week assignment based in Leeds.

Project is a large new build apartment block in Central Leeds, and we require a site manager to oversee the fit-out elements of the large new build project.

You will be part of a large management team, but have responsibility for the fit-out elements of the internal packages for the apartments in each block.

You will have recent apartment fit-out experience, ideally working on large city centre projects previouisly. You will be comfortable in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple sub-contractors on a daily basis and have used Field View software to prepare snagging lists previously.

The role will commence ASAP, with the project completing October 2022.

You will hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum.
