Site Manager required to cover large construction project in Tameside for 6 Months weeks starting ASAP

Site manager will be overseeing a large new build apartment project which will provide 91 apartments for Extra Care and elderly living. The site is in its final phases now so you will be working through handover elements and internal fit-out 2nd fix stage.

You will be on site working with a site based Project manager.

Recent main contractor experience, along with Apartments or Extra-Care/Care home experience will be an advantage.

Minimum qualifications are CITB SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS. This vacancy is deemed inside IR35 so payment will be made via an umbrella company.
