Site Manager required for large external package on a large new build project in West Yorkshire.

The project is a large new industrial facility, you will be responsible for all works in relation to the External works packages. This includes supervision of site engineers & sub-contractors.

Working for the main contractor, with a wider construction management team on site your responsibilitys will be as follows:

Package management of Groundworks & Drainage, Yard Slabs, Piling, Landscaping, fencing, On Site Sevices Water/Power etc.

Key tasks will include Temp Works co-ordination, RAMS Reviews, Ensure all QA is up to date for sub-contractors and site engineers on site.

Strong recent civils experience on drianage and groundworks will be an advantage, as will recent main contractor experience.

CITB SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS qualifications will be required as a minimum.

This role is an immediate start and will run for an 12 months period for the succesful candidate.
