Rate - up to £30 per hour

5pm until 1pm - Monday to Friday

Our Client are a privately owned and well-respected North West Contractor, known for their quality of work, standards of health and safety and providing an enjoyable work environment.
Working across several sectors, they are having secured various capital works building refurbishment (canteens, WC, Cabinets, flooring, ceiling tiles etc..) schemes in Greater Manchester and require additional Site mangers to run them.

Standard stuff:

* Site refurbishment from the inception to handover.
* Health and Safety.
* Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints.
* Control and monitoring of sub-contractors.

Essential bits:

* Trades background - preferred.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Solid job history with references.
* SMSTS.
* CSCS ideally managers card or gold supervisors.
* First Aid Certificate.
