Site Supervisor / Installation Manager / Site Manager - West Yorkshire - Replacement Kitchen / Bathrooms / Wetrooms

I am currently recruiting for a client who specilaises in domestic property conversions installing new kitchens, bathrooms and wetrooms for assisted living conversions on behalf of housing associations and private domestic clients.

The client needs a Site Manager / Site Supervisor who can handle a large order book of work moving well into late 2022.

You will ideally come from a joinery background and have experience of kitchen / bathroom installation and be able to coordinate all associated trades in the conversion works.  Knowledge of other trades such as plastering, plumbing and electrical works would be a benefit too.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in the social housing sector on decent homes / refurbishment works or similar.

You should have a CSCS card as a minimum and ideally a SSSTS or SMSTS, first aid would be a distinct advantage too.
