Site Manager required for £2million New Build apartment block in Bolton.

The project will be on site in late October 2021, and will be Timber frame by design, the client is a local social housing provider. You will be working for the Main Contractor on the project.


You will act as number 1 on site reporting into a visiting Construction director, and be expected to run the site independantly on adaily basis. There will be commercial and operational support to call upon if required.

Daily duties will include site inductions, supervision of sub-contrcators, updating the directors on project progress, Overseeing health & safety of all workers on site and liasing with client on progress and potential design changes.

CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS will be required for this project.
