Site Manager required for 7 week school refurbishment project in Lancaster.

The project will take place over the summer holidays, and will be a £100k refurbishment of 2 classrooms into a larger teaching space.

You will be number 1 on site reporting into a visiting Construction director.

Daily duties will include site inductions, supervision of sub-contrcators, updating the directors on project progress, Overseeing health & safety of all workers on site and liasing with school on progress and potential design changes.

CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS will be required for this project.
