New build housing developer - Site Manager / Senior Site Manager required

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a major client of mine for a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a brand new site in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

Heading this brand new site up from day one you will be responsible for site set up, overseeing groundworks, plots, show home and then the construction of all houses across the development.

You will oversee all subcontractors and staff and be responsible for managing the build program while adhering to quality standards and ensuring health & safety is priority.

You will have a background in new build housing working for quality and volume led developers and have a SMSTS, CSCS and up to date First Aid certificate.

This client is a well regarding housing developer primarily working in the new build open market sector with a strong offering in the social housing / partnership arena too.
