Site Manager required for regional contractor with large order book of work in Manchester & Liverpool areas for 2021/22.

We are looking to recruit a degree qualified site manager, comfortable in a client facing role to oversee a large internal & external refurbishment project in central Manchester. The project will be in a live building with the client on site, so you will have to have a professional manner, and ideally some recent client facing experience.

The major works are envelope and facade refurbishment/upgrades with some internal office refurbishments ongoing as well.

The ideal candidate will be:

Degree Qualfied
Have some recent client facing experience
Strong main contractor experience
CITB SMSTS, FIrst Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum
Ideally have some experience of managing Envelope/facade packages on previous projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone to make that 1st step into a more client facing role, and for someone to take on the responsibility of running a project as lead site manager.
