Site Manager required for long term contract on a busy site in Central Manchester. Reporting into a directly employed Project Manager, you will act as number 2 on site. The project is a large £10m new build site in central Manchester. You will be site based, assisting the project team where required.


Experience on steel framed construction, timber framed construction and traditional construction projects will be welcomed.

Duties Include:
Working for a large established main contractor on a large new build construction site
Management and supervisory duties for sub-contractors on site
Overseeing all health & safety on site, to ensure safe working

The successful candidate will come from a trade background, and hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.

Approx 42 hours per week on site. This placement will be inside IR35 so payment will be made via the Umbrella company method only.
