Site Manager required for a refurbishment of a high street retail store. This is a high spec project so keen eye for detail. Each project is 8-12 weeks but will be nationally so you must be willing to work away Monday to Thursday. The company will do their best to keep you as local as possible. The head office is based in the Bolton area. This is a permanent role.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a track record of working on fast track/ fit-out projects. Must be a carpenter & Joiner by trade.

The role will be working with a respected national main contractor. You will be the site manager on days, with a visiting Contracts Manager who can provide assistance if needed. Your main duties will include overseeing sub-contractors, meetings, toolbox talks and inductions. IT literature would be preferable.

You must hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
