Site Manager required for 5 month assignment based on a large new build healthcare job in Derby.

Project is a large new building for a hospital, and we require a site manager to oversee the fit-out and finishing elements of the project. The project is in the fit-out phase, with the building being brought up to handover to the client over the coming months. You will take responsibility of a section of works and deliver it through to handover to the client.

You will be part of a large management team, but have responsibility for the fit-out elements of the internal packages for each floor of the building.

Ideally you have recent helathcare experience and will have worked for a large main contractor previously. Any recent fit-out/finishing experience will be an advantage. You will be comfortable in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple sub-contractors on a daily basis and have used Field View software to prepare snagging lists previously.

The role will commence ASAP with a start in January if available, with the project completing and handing over in May 2024.

You will hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum.
