Job Title: Modular Site Manager

Location: Birkenhead

Salary: £280 per day

Contract: Long Term

We are looking for an experienced Modular Site Manager to join our team based in Birkenhead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular construction and hold a valid SMSTS certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report any delays or issues to senior management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on site.
- Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the required standard.
- Ensure all relevant documentation and records are maintained and up to date.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years experience in modular construction, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- SMSTS qualification is essential.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in managing site safety.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- We offer a competitive daily rate of £280 per day, as well as the opportunity to work on a long-term project with a reputable company.
