One of our clients is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and work nationwide.
Our client is a leading contractor operating within the rail industry.

The successful candidate will help deliver a 2-year program renovating derelict railway arches. Spreading from London to Manchester and Leeds, the program will see thousands of neglected railway arches refurbished and prepared ready for occupation by businesses.

Desirable Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing multiple teams
• Civils background
• General buildings knowledge & experience – Essential
• Experience day-to-day operations on multiple schemes
• NR Projects experience (Rail background)
• Strong IT & communication skills
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations
• Commercial awareness
• Health & Safety

Preferred qualifications:
• Civil Engineering qualifications (HNC / HND)
• PTS & COSS – Desirable
• Temporary Works Coordinator – Desirable
• SMSTS
• IOSH
• First Aid

A strong background in buildings will be essential to becoming successful in this role.

Salary- circa £44000 plus company van
