Site manager needed - West Midlands - Permanent

My client are currently looking for a Site Manager to manage their sites on a day to day basis, as well as being the point of contact for sub contractors and clients.

Duties:

- Coordinate trades
- Carry out site inductions
- Manage site Health & Safety
- Check quality of work on a daily basis, ensure work is carried out in accordance with the specifications
- Supervise sub contractors
- Liaise with clients
- Supervise and manager Crane Lifts

You will need:

- CSCS, SMSTS and driving license
- First aid Qualification ideally
- CPCS Lift supervisor helpful but not necessary
- Happy to help out
- Willing to stay away if needed
