Site Manager required to cover large construction project in central Manchester for 4 weeks starting from 19th September.

Site manager will be overseeing a large new build apartment project, where steel frame shell is being erected. The site also has a 2nd phase which is at internal fit-out 2nd fix stage.

You will be on site covering for the Senior site manager for a period of 4 weeks due to holidays and courses.

Recent main contractor experience, along with steel framed experience will be an advantage.

Minimum qualifications are CITB SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS. This vacancy is deemed inside IR35 so payment will be made via an umbrella company.
