Site Manager required to assist with the delivery of a high-end residential refurbishment close to Marble Arch.

Our Client are looking for an experienced and conscientious site manager to join their busy team. We are looking for an individual with High-end fitout exeprience and a good eye for detail in order to ensure the end clients exacting standards are met.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a good understanding of fit-out works in high end resedential projects along with the M&E works and finishes
• Have good understanding of H&Sm procesdures to ensure the project runs smoothly day to day, and is up to standard for inspections.
• Be able to complete worker inductions and make sure duties are issue and completed as per the contractors RAMS
• Be punctual and trustworthy, to open and close site on time daily
• Be able to maintain a QA folder and check works

SMSTS/SSSTS & First aid tickets will be required.

There is good potential for ongoing/permanent work for the right person, works initially on a contract basis.
