Site Manager required for long term project in Warrington.

As site manager you will be working with a directly employed site manager who is retiring in June this year, so a phased handover will be available.

The project is part way through, with 6 months left to run on the programme, completing in October 2022. The project is a large steel framed industrial unit. The frame and slab are now complete, so you you be overseeing the cladding, internal fit-out and external works required to complete the project.

You will be working for the main contractor who an offer good continuity of work after this project.

The ideal candidate will come from a trade background and hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
