Site Manager - New Build Social Housing - Mansfield

I am currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join this leading contractor working on a new build social housing scheme in Mansfield.

The site is at a very early stage so you'll be joining at a good time where you'll have complete autonomy of the management, set up and initial progress of the site.

We are looking for a Site Manager who has experience of new build housing either within the social housing or spec housing sector.  Ideally you'll have a trades background and will have all the usual qualifications - SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a brand new site and influence the direction of the development from day one.  You should have good knowledge of site set up, allocation of subcontractors, recruitment of staff and act as the liaison between the client and contractor.
