Freelance Site Engineer required for new build residential building in Crosby, Liverpool.

Working for the contractor/Developer you will be required to commence on site late June/Early July for a period of 6 months. As project site engineer you will be responsible for to setting out foundations, bases, steel frame on behalf of the Main Contractor.

Key elements to set out and monitor will be Steel frame, metal decking, concrete decks, sfs, brickslips/render and a small element of external works.

This role is deemed Outside IR35 so payment via limited company is acceptable.
