Job Title: Site Engineer - Tier One Contractor

We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our prestigious projects. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Conduct surveys, site investigations, and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering principles and industry standards.
• Oversee and manage construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement effective solutions to address any challenges or delays.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify that work is executed in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among site personnel.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and relevant documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, preferably with a tier one contractor.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using construction software and tools, including AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
