Project Manager - Main Contractor - Mansfield

I am currently looking for a Project Manager to join my client on a new project of theirs in Mansfield on a permanent basis.

This role is to take the lead on an existing project residential apartment building which is still at an early stage.

As number 1 on site you will be fully in control of all staff on site, subcontractors, health & safety and design management as well as controlling the program. You will be responsible for preparing progress reports for the senior management team and the client.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with working for main contractors and have delivered projects from inception through to completion and have the ability of delivering a quality product.

You will have your CSCS Black Card, current SMSTS and First Aid and be able to provide excellent references.
