Site Agent – Stockton-on-Tees

My client is looking to appoint a Site Agent to their growing Civil Engineering Department. My client are a leading construction firm with a range of projects across the Civil. They are currently undertaking a civils scheme in a town centre to create a one-way system and extending pedestrianised areas. They are seeking a Site Agent to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements and Company Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems.
• Assessing environmental impacts and project risks.
• Preparing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensuring technical compliance and safety of all operational activities.
• Monitoring progress against the program, and coordinating material procurement.
• Providing daily and weekly progress reports and variation reports.
• Preparing detailed weekly lookahead programs.
• Managing resources efficiently to deliver site works on time and within budget.
• Providing accurate records and measurement details for monthly valuations.
• Supporting planning, design, and project management activities.
• Managing information flow and identifying technical queries.
• Ensuring exceptional levels of customer care.
