Anderselite are looking for a Senior/ Principal level Landscape Architect for their London or Bristol team. The client will provide people with the opportunity to progress and work
on interesting projects with a wide range of valued clients who operate in a variety of sectors.
The Role
They are looking for a senior landscape professional to develop their career and grow the landscape and visual impact service stream with support from industry leaders.
You will be working independently or as part of a team to support the successful delivery of a variety of projects at all scales across a wide range of sectors in the UK, including gas to grid biomethane plants, solar farms and varied mixed use developments.
You can expect to enjoy a challenging and varied role and will typically be authoring and providing input to a range of technical landscape and visual assessments.
You will also be a team player, happy to share knowledge, collaborate and support others and demonstrate an interest in sustainable landscape solutions as part of the assessment and design process.
About You
The successful candidate will work closely with our ecologists, water management, air quality and noise specialists to help deliver cutting-edge designs solutions and sustainable outcomes. They will be involved in a range of exciting projects, such as green and blue infrastructure strategies for large-scale masterplans and landscape designs for housing, hospitals, leisure and commercial developments.
Key Requirements:
• Chartered landscape architects or landscape planners with CMLI qualification and LVIA experience in both EIA and non-EIA developments.
• Demonstrable experience of handling LVIAs either independently, or as part of a team and wanting to make the next step in their career.
• Excellent knowledge of GLVIA Third edition and the associated technical guidance notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good report writing skills.
• Experience of project management and previous experience working directly with clients, planners and multi-disciplinary design teams.
