My client requires a Senior Site Manager Internals to work on a large, high spec residential development in central London consisting of 3 large blocks of RC frame apartments.
The role will include, leading a large site construction team from 1st fix to customer handover, you’ll set meaningful goals and motivate your team and sub-contractors to deliver under pressure. Ideally professionally qualified, you’ll know the construction trade inside out, and have site management experience within the homebuilding sector. Just as important is your ability to focus on both customer expectation and commercial needs - because both lie at the heart of this role.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme; maintain optimum level of materials on site to ensure site team is fully and effectively employed.
Monitor Quality Control procedures and Customer Service procedures and ensuring customer complaints during production cycle are promptly and properly investigated and actioned.
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.
Key Skills:
Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by on-site team and trades/labour.
In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and relevant legislative requirements.
Good knowledge of dealing with all issues relating to customer care.

The position is offered on a permanent basis and my client requires you to have an up-to-date CSCS & SMSTS. First Aid certification would be ideal but is not essential for the role.
