Permanent Senior Site Manager needed to join a growing and dynamic main contractor based in the North West.

The main contractor has been in business for 5 years and has seen growth year and year, with 2021 looking to be a record year for Turnover.

They operate with a number of key clients, and have secured a large refurbishment project with a key client. The project is a retail conversion project, refurbishing 4 large retail units within an existing shopping centre in Yorkshire. Further projects will be based in the North West.

The project is valued at £1m and you will act as number 1 site manager on the site, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

You will have direct responsibility for the site and be working closely with the client.

Recent experience of retail refurbishment projects would be an advantage.

CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications will be required for this role.
