Senior Site Manager required for 3-6 month assignment on a Residential Refurbishment project in Farnborough, near Camberley. The Site Manager would be needed on site 5 days a week, Monday through to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work towards the end of the project. Our client are a small Contractor in need of a locally based Site Manager given they're based in the North. 

The Site Manager would be the No.1 on a small, yet complex project that requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow process and engage with both the public and the client on a regular basis. The work is being carried out in a live environment so the Site Manager would be expected to have worked in a similar capacity previously. 

Must Haves:

CSCS Card, First Aid, SMSTS 

Externals experience (as a Site or Project Manager) and be able to demonstrate this 

Be able to provide 2 references 

Proficient with IT and specific industry biased software 

Ideally this Site Manager requirement would suit someone with past external refurbishment experience on Residential projects, where client and public exposure was a constant and the work was continuous. 

Also:- 

- Someone comfortable leading a Site, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager

- Someone capable of understanding, planning and organising works in accordance with specification
