Senior Site Manager required for new build lorry park facility in Birkenhead for a project start in Early June 2023

The Senior site Manager will be involved in the early stages of the project, bringing the project onto site from day one for a 10 month program. The project is valued at £4million and you will act as number 1 on site.

The project has a large amount of Groundworks and Civils for the converting disused sports pitches into a HGV parking facility. You will oversee the construction of a large concrete slab with a number of small outbuildings on the plot. A strong groundworks and civils background would be beneficial for this role.

As a Senior Site Manager you will be:
Number 1 on site running the project daily, with a team working for you
overseeing sub-contactors
meeting with the client
working on design and programming of the project.

We are looking for a Senior Site manager who:
have experience in the new build industrial sector and completed projects in the industrial sector
Someone who has progressed through to site & project management
Someone with extensive design and pre-construction experience
Has strong experience of working for Main Contractors.
You will hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum.

The successful candidate will be working for a large family owned regional contractor. There is a strong pipeline of work with the same client for the successful applicant.
