My client is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to be based at their office in West Yorkshire. My client’s work are primarily Commercial and Residential masonry services.

STONE/MASONRY & BRICKWORK EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL


The successful candidate will be expected to be responsible for overall commercial management of several schemes.


The ideal Candidate will have:
• HND/HNC Certificate or equivalent
• Experience working with JCT contracts
• Experience within Brickwork and Construction
• Hands on experience
• Full UK drivers license
• A collaborative personality – Must be able to work as part of a team

This is a full-time office based role
